The hotel is conveniently located near all amenities and famous sights, offering spacious rooms with free parking, but the issue of having only 1 toilet for a 2-bedroom setup is unacceptable. There was a noticeable smell in the room, leading to a call for air freshener from the housekeeping.

I booked the room about 6 months in advance specifically for NYE to watch the fireworks from the rooftop pool area. The 83 sqm room with views of the Twin Towers and KL Tower was spacious with a fully functional kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a very nice bathroom. The facilities were good, and there was everything I needed.

The hotel was phenomenal with excellent rooms boasting two bedrooms and plenty of space for all activities. However, the cleanliness was a major letdown with coffee spills on the floor, dirty bath and toilet, and suspicious stains on the bedsheets.

During my 3-day stay on the 50th level, I felt like I was in a standalone luxury suite that resembled a home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, providing a comfortable experience overall. The service, especially from the receptionist who guided me to my room and the exceptional Taxi Driver arranged by the hotel, was highly cooperative. The location was a bit hard to find but had beautiful views and a rooftop swimming pool area. The dining experience was great for setting up days of exploring but could be improved for outside meals. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay memorable.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of Menara KL. Having a washing machine and detergent made my stay even more convenient. The service was friendly and accommodating, although it could be more visible. The location was excellent, near public transit and major landmarks. The dining experience was fantastic, with a wide selection of syrups for coffee and a variety of breakfast options. Overall, a great value for the money.
